Where applicable, live reptiles are sold and transported in accordance with Australian animal welfare standards and our Shipping Policy.

By purchasing a live animal, you acknowledge that:

  • You are legally permitted to own the animal in your state or territory

  • You have suitable housing and care prepared prior to collection

  • Transport arrangements (including airport-to-airport freight) must be confirmed prior to order acceptance

Live animal welfare remains our priority, and we reserve the right to delay or decline a sale where welfare concerns exist.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where incorrect information has been provided or where supply or welfare concerns arise.

Order cancellations may not be possible once processing or freight arrangements have commenced.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Shipping and freight charges are calculated separately where applicable.

You agree that all payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including carrier delays and weather conditions.

Risk of loss transfers to you once goods are handed to the carrier, except where otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
